Designed a business management kit prototype to assist businesses with decision-making.
Design a business management method kit to assist businesses with future decision-making, ensuring a simplistic and user-friendly design.
What I Worked On
The product descriptions were constantly changing, so instead of locking in a static description that would soon be outdated, I adapted by using a QR code. This allowed my colleagues to update the information in real-time without disrupting the design or needing constant revisions on my end. It kept the design flexible and functional.
The Toughest Challenge
Taking my designed prototype to clients fro user testing - observing how they would interact with the physical prototypes, and collecting their feedback to have a wide route for development
The Fun Part
During the user test Masterclass event - I was tasked to create a further 10 prototypes within two days. With all I had learned during the design phases, I could recreate the essense of the kit into these new 10 cards and this highly experimental phase aided my confidence in my efficiency while maintaining effectiveness.
What Surprised Me
The Creative Twist
The prototype stage should be highly experimental, reduce complexity, don't worry about the finish and quality, it's about functionality and what can be learned to develop its aesthetics to benefit its functionality
What I Learned
The prototype’s success led to the full kit launch, featuring additional components, on schedule.
